Pragmatic innovation

We use creativity balanced with pragmatism to ensure every product has new features for kids to learn from while ensuring fast product development and consistent quality without introducing excessive risks.

Short term MVP, long term perfection

The long-term ideal is that our product fits the needs of the customers seamlessly and that all the aspects of the product are completely though truth. To attain this ideal we believe in creating MVP’s (minimal viable products) and keep iterating and improving instead of trying to create “the perfect product” directly.

Facilitate play and hands-on learning

Our product should facilitate both play and hands-on learning. Learning should be fun and not tedious! Playing with a toy you just made gives a sense of fulfillment. Our customers want toys for their kids that are both fun and educational.

Ensure quality

The product should be robust and should work as intended. ****The product should not break easily with a bit of play. And it is important that the functioning of the product as well as the building process has no major flaws.

Cost efficiency

A key consideration is managing costs during both prototyping and production. It's crucial to design a product that minimizes production and material costs while keeping other design considerations in mind.

Balance between too easy and too hard

The product should be challenging enough to stimulate learning, but not so difficult that children are unable to build it. Striking this balance is a key consideration in our design process, and testing with kids helps us fine-tune it.

Producibility

Ensuring producibility should be a priority from the early design phase. A focus on producibility enhances cost efficiency and reduces complications or issues during the production process.
